VisFiles has returned as a column in ACM SIGGRAPH Computer Graphics Quarterly since August 2007. This web site expands VisFiles to include an online forum for information exchange among scientific visualization researchers. It begins by recording the valuable information provided by scientists and visualization researchers who have worked on their data sets. It aims to provide novices the correct understanding of problems, and subsequently help accelerate the development of the scientific visualization field. We invite other scientists to contribute to this site. We also welcome contributions of good visaulizations and findings using these applications and data sets.
