Patient #4

There is a tumor on the left side with irregular shape and spiculated margin, and another tumor on the right side with oval shape.

The left picture is the result image of patient #4. The region of interest is defined by an independent transfer function.

The transfer function of ROI is on the left. Tissue with lower intensity outside the tumor is set to be red. In the right image, it's taken at the same position, but CT dataset is more transparent to show the relationship between the tumor and radioactive region in PET.

This is the transfer function for whole CT dataset.
